• Inquiries: Sending a message via WhatsApp, submitting a contact form, or calling our team constitutes a request for a booking or quotation. It does not guarantee immediate technician availability until explicitly confirmed by our dispatch team.

• Access to Property: The client must ensure that our certified technicians have safe and reasonable access to the property and the AC units at the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us via call or WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled window.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Quotations: Any price estimates provided over the phone or WhatsApp are preliminary based on the description of the problem. Final pricing will be determined on-site after a physical inspection by our technician.

• No Hidden Fees: We believe in upfront pricing. Technicians will explain the scope of work and required replacement parts before starting any repair.

• Payment Method: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash and other electronic payment options as agreed upon with the technician or support team at the time of booking.

4. Limited Warranty and Liability

• Workmanship Warranty: We take pride in our work. MMR Experts provides a limited warranty on repair workmanship and newly installed components. The specific duration of the warranty depends on the service provided and will be stated on your final invoice.

• Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from standard wear and tear, subsequent user negligence, power surges, or tampering/repairs attempted by third parties after our service.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMR Experts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from AC malfunctions, system design limitations, or pre-existing building infrastructure issues.
